Ellen Lainez owner and founder and certified Professional Wine Educator, has crafted wine experiences and worked with wine brands in Canada and Latin America for over 10 years to showcase amazing wine regions in an accessible and enjoyable way for everyone.
We founded The Wine Consulate as the educational site for beverage training and fun courses to learn about wine and spirits. And to certify your establishment staff as a professional in Hotels, bars, restaurants with presence in Canada and Central America.
